Chef Luigi Bergeretto
The cuisines the work of Chef Luigi Bergeretto, originally
from Rome. He worked extensively with RAI TV and carried out
numerous projects abroad, deserving the prestigious “Five
star diamond award” as well as others. He then moved to
San Pantaleo,
Sardinia, where he built his own restaurant and hotel
wellness center hidden away in
the uncontaminated countryside, scattered with huge granite
blocks and surrounded by forests of juniper and Holm-oaks.
"Il Fuoco Sacro" restaurant is only a short distance from the highly
popular centers along the Emerald Coast, as Porto Cervo
Marina and "Piazzetta", Baja Sardinia, Golfo Aranci.
The
basic cuisine style is unmistakably Italian and regional,
envied by the world, brought into being in its most
up-to-date version.
Age-old traditions are borne in mind,
combined with innovation and creativity to ensure healthy
and compatible food with a light touch.
Luigi’s daily symphony of taste and color is a banquet of only the freshest ingredients: deep sea fish, pasture-raised meat, wholesome food produced according to ancient traditions, untouched by chemical fertilizers, additives, feed.
